Furnished double room available in a two bedroom first floor flat in Whitton.

The flat is located within 10 minute walk from Whitton and Hounslow overground stations and the 281 bus (24hr) stop is very close. This runs to Kingston and Hounslow bus station making it easy access to the Piccadilly line from Hounslow East.

I have two cats, so any potential lodger would have to be not allergic and/or not possess a dislike towards cats.

The flat consists of its own front door, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room. There is also a small balcony from the kitchen and a garden. There is street parking (permit available) and a shed for bike storage.

All bills are included in the rent this includes wifi.

I am currently in the final year of my PhD so pretty busy. I enjoy running, cooking and live music. Along with the two cats I have a handful of fish. The cats are house trained and can be kept out of the lodger’s room, but they have full reign of the rest of the house and garden. They have never gone up onto the kitchen surfaces, but will help out with typing if using your laptop on the dining table.
