21, Cranebrook is a well-maintained ground floor maisonette in a small estate of 24 similar properties at the end of Manor Road. It is in an exceptionally attractive location overlooking the tree-lined River Crane, with a garden and access to a large shared green space overlooking the river. The room is of medium size and in excellent decorative condition, with white-painted wooden single bed, fitted wardrobe, a sofa and a table. We would share kitchen and bathroom. Transport is convenient, with an excellent bus service to Richmond and Twickenham stations and their easy access to central London. Twickenham High Street is a 15 minutes' walk away, as is the River Thames itself and other well-known local features, such as Richmond and Bushy Park. It is a star location!

I am a painter and writer/producer, immersed in all sorts of creative projects. I am a committed Christian, a member of St Stephens Church, East Twickenham. I am sociable and easy-going, with many contacts in the arts community, both Christian and secular.

Although over 70 (well, 79 actually!) I have not yet put on the carpet slippers or taken up knitting; but currently lecture on French popular music ('chanson'); paint and teach art to adults; and have just completed a screenplay. I love life; enjoy networking, and doing fun things - especially keeping tabs on my friends in Paris. I would enjoy sharing with someone who is sociable, easy-going and loves the worlds of art, entertainment and media.
