It is a modern, three bed-roomed, family home in a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac with landscaped gardens front and back.

Five minutes walk to Twickenham mainline station, with a regular 15 minute fast train service to Central London (Waterloo). Additionally, the house is only a stones throw away from the A316, which offers direct access to Central London and nearby motorways (M25, M4 and M3). The M3 can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Twickenham is also only a 15 minute drive away from Heathrow, with easy access to all the International Airports.

For those interested in sport, the world famous Twickenham Rugby Stadium is only a 10 minute walk away and there is a 24/7 gym, just a 5 minute walk from the house.

The house is very smart and clean. It has an open plan downstairs living space with underfloor heating and tiled flooring throughout. Bi-folding doors open up the full width of the house onto the garden deck, which is great for entertaining and barbecues in the summer.

There is one bathroom upstairs (with shower and bath) and another toilet and basin downstairs. There is free parking at the back of the garage and also some spaces in the residential bays. There is free WI-FI throughout the house and there is a plasma television in the bedroom. The gas/electric and council tax bills are included. The weekly cleaner and gardener is free of charge.

I'm a secondary school teacher and work from 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday. I live with my 20 year old son, who is currently studying at a local college. We have lived in the house for 25 years. It is an amazing home; clean, modern and tidy, it has a fantastic south facing landscaped garden with deck and great for eating outside/barbecues during the summer. I am coeliac (gluten-free) and therefore respectful of all food intolerance, special diets, including vegetarian. We also have a beautiful Russian Blue cat (indoor), which you will not see much as he sleeps all day in my room!
We have had lodgers and au pairs live with us for the last fifteen years and have enjoyed their company and friendship. We are looking for a professional who is employed. We are not party animals but would like someone to live with us that is looking for a home not just a room!
