I am a professional single parent with two young people aged 19 years and 15 years old. We also have a cat. We are looking for someone who is tidy and cleans up after themselves.
We live in a Victorian terraced house in a beautiful part of Twickenham. 15 minutes walking distance from the St Mary's Twickenham campus and bus ride to Teddington campus. River Thames and River Crane close by.
The room available is a bright double bedroom at the back of the house with storage space in a wardrobe, bureau desk and shelving.
We have a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. You will have your own bedroom and share the bathroom, kitchen, dining room in the conservatory which has a TV in it. We also have a lovely garden table which is used well on dry days.
The house is 5 mins from Bus stops, short walk to train stations, colleges, parks, gyms and historical buildings.
The price also includes toilet rolls, cleaning products and the use of our super fast broadband.
Council Tax is an additional £10 per week. If you are a student then you will be exempt.
