Whitton station is 8 minute walk and the trains take 25 minutes to Waterloo and 7 minutes to Richmond and the tube. There are good bus connections to Twickenham, Kingston, Hounslow and surrounding areas. The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes away.
Whitton is in Twickenham but has it's own villagy high street about 8 minute walk from the house which has Japanese, Mexican, Italian, Indian, speciality bakery and deli as well as Sainsburys and Tesco local and of course, a good pub. Twickenham is a lovely town on the Thames riverside and is a few minutes away in the car or on a bike.
Deposit is 1 months rent and referencing will be done through openrent. We need to see proof of the right to rent in this country - a passport or identity card. Working tenants only.
Current tenants have agreed on a cleaning service for all the communal areas which costs £27 per month. Included in this is all loo roll, washing up liquid, bin liners, bleach, kitchen roll, hand soap etc. It is not for profit and can only work if everyone makes that contribution. This arrangement is under review and we may go to shared cleaning depending on what everyone decides.
