Affordable accommodation offered in UXBRIDGE, UB8 area, excellent opportunity for a female only preferably a Gujarati or Hindi speaking homesharer looking to live in a lovely home.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

Travelling by public transport is easy as there are many routes available:
There are various bus stops outside the house with easy reach routes to Uxbridge station and Hillingdon station they are a short 7 minute bus ride.
Uxbridge is a London Underground station in Uxbridge in the London Borough of Hillingdon, north-west London. The station is the terminus of the Uxbridge branches of both the Metropolitan line and the Piccadilly line. The next station towards London is Hillingdon. The station is in Travelcard Zone 6. The closest station on the Chiltern Line and Central line is West Ruislip, accessible by the U1 and U10 buses.
Intu Shopping centre is approx 10 minute bus ride or a 4 minute car drive, the shopping centre has a number of shops, bars and restaurants and cinema.
Brunel University and Hillingdon Hospital are a short bus ride away,.

A lovely lady in her 80's and lives with her husband in a lovely spacious home in Uxbridge. She is a lovely householder and welcomes a friendly Homesharer to support her as she was recently diagnosed with bowel cancer but has made a remarkable recovery and is coping well, she has 4 daughters who have all been supporting her during her recovery from her bowel operation and she enjoys having her grandchildren around too.

She is interested in joining Homeshare as she would like to be independent again and believes from having some extra help and support around her home she can start to build this back. Her daughters feel this would help give them peace of mind that she will be secure in her own home at which she is very comfortable in.

The accommodation is a very spacious 4 bedroom house with plenty of rooms.
There is a DOUBLE bedroom with a double bed, fully furnished with wardrobes and side cabinets, full length mirror, carpeted and decorated well.

There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Separate living area with dining room.
Downstairs 2 separate lounges and a study room.
Shower room and toilet and a separate toilet for the householder and her husband to use.

A nice garden. The house is tidy and nice and bright.

Internet is available.

The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
