Comfy room near Uxbridge station & Brunel Uni

We are looking for 1 clean and tidy person (no couple) who would like to rent a furnished and comfortable double bedroom in a CLEAN and QUIET house, in Uxbridge.

*Excellent location: The property is just 10 min walk from Brunel university, Uxbridge High Street, Uxbridge station (Metropolitan & Picadilly lines) and the Chimes shopping centre.

Short drive to West Drayton station (where you can get to London Paddington in 20 min), Hillingdon hospital, Heathrow Airport and Stockley Park. Easy access to M4, M25, A4 and A40.

The house has been newly refurbished. It is bright, modern and tidy, with a garden and a patio to dry the laundry outside or have a BBQ in summer!

This is a 3 bed maisonnette with 2 floors and a bathroom on each floor. The room is nicely furnished (new mattress, desk, wardrobe, bedside table, and lots of storage!).

The kitchen is modern, bright, and fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, hob, oven & grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.

There is no living room to share unfortunately but the communal area is the kitchen, which is quite spacious and always kept VERY tidy & clean! There’s a table and 4 chairs to eat, socialise and unwind.

The house is ALWAYS kept CLEAN and the garden is well maintained.

*Rent includes Water, Gas, Electricity & Broadband bills, Council Tax and TV Licence.

*Free BT High Speed WiFi access throughout property.

We hope you do not mind sharing the space with a cute and friendly cat! Her name is Esme.

Smokers are welcome, although smoking is not allowed inside the house!

We are 3 very sociable, happy and easy going professionals aged 33-36, looking for someone who is TIDY and VERY CLEAN (that’s important!), respectful of each other’s space, friendly and sociable, but who also enjoys some alone time as well ;)

This is generally a calm and quiet house-share as we work long hours and sometimes we need to work from home in the evenings and at the weekend.

We are friendly and happy to share what's in the fridge, cook for each other sometimes, or spend time together, but this is generally a professional, quiet flat-share.
