This room is cheaper than the other as my guests can use toilet when needed. (not very often once/twice a month which is reflected in the cost and will provide cleaning products).
Each room furnished with bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe & desk if required.
As a lodger you will have access to large shared living/dinning room, shared kitchen.
Bills included will be Gas/Electric/Water, Council Tax, TV licence and High Speed Broadband.

Stockley Park is very close and Heathrow is nearby.
