Double Room Overlooking The Canal

I have a short term room available for a maximum of three months, available from mid-July, 10 minutes walking distance from Uxbridge station,

The room is in a two bed flat of which I am the other tenant, with my lovely cat.

I can let the room on a weekly basis for £200 p/w all bills included, or on a month by month basis for £700 p/m.

For couples, the room rate goes to £300 p/w or £1200 p/m bills included.

Security deposit is equal to two weeks rent in advance, which you will be given back upon moving out..

Pets considered, if they get along with the current furry tenant, Smoking is permitted outside only, where you'll find the neighbours doing the same. This is a quiet flat and looking for a clean and quiet temporary tenant.
