Single Room- please read description

Available to move in from 8th April.
I will be moving out and will require someone to replace me in the room. The rent is 455, and will then be increased to 495 in July when contract is renewed, and all bills average at around £108 a month. this includes council tax, wifi, gas and electric and water.

The room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, single bed, chair and desk. You can change bed to double bed if you wish. Has free parking available in a private courtyard

You will be sharing the flat with two friendly individuals.
