A single room available .
The house is a 5 minutes walk from the tube and bus station where you can get the Metropolitan and Piccadilly line.
The town centre with bars, restaurants, cinema and shopping centre is also a 5 minute walk.
There is a drive for parking and a very big garden with fish pond.
All bills and WiFi (superfast fibre optic) is included.
The room has a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair as well as lots of shelves.
One of the tenants also has a friendly cat who lives there.
I am the landlord but will not be living in the property.
