The house is big and has lots of spaces so people don’t feel on top of each other. It’s friendly, quiet and not a party house. and we respect one another’s privacy.

To share house with myself, husband and another female profession
( currently been living here 3 years ) .
Previous tenant was here 3 years also.
My husband and I. spend at least 4 months a year in Spain through the year so need a good tenant that is trustworthy, going to respect and look after the house when we are away.
