I am looking for clean and tidy professionals who would treat my house as their home. I would consider students providing they are mature enough and respect other tenants and neighbours.
All bills included (council tax, electricity, gas, TV license, water, very fast internet 200 Mbps from Virgin and Brand new furniture (Double bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, drawer chest.
Fully fitted Kitchen will be provided with two fridge freezers, washing machine, dryer, toaster, microwave and the Oven.
The property has current fire safety (fire extinguishers) including fire doors, fire exit and smoke alarms.
The house has new double glazing, fully insulated (including walls, ceiling & floor), laminated and tiled flooring throughout on the ground floor, carpet upstairs.
Parking is available on nearby roads with no parking permit needed.
In addition, I will provide a cleaner once a week to clean communal areas and a Gardener twice a month for the garden.
