Our house is a very large 5 bedroom Victorian house with garden, fully licensed by the local authority. Super clean and well looked after by a professional, attentive landlord.
Weekly cleaner of the common parts, fire alarm and smoke detectors fitted throughout. Large modern kitchen/diner with the usual amenities; two ovens, two hobs, two sinks, toaster, kettle and microwave, shared freezer for extra food space storage. There are separate Washing machine and dryer. Heating and hot water and super fast BT internet. We are a short walk to Wembley Central tube station (Bakerloo and Overground) straight into Euston, Clapham, Watford and minutes from the High Street. Sudbury Town station (Piccadilly Line) is also a short bus ride away.
Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Wembley Stadium and shopping outlets are a short bus ride away. There are excellent transport links: underground, trains and lots of buses straight into London.
Our house is friendly but quiet and respectful, all tenants are professionals in full-time employment.

Bills are included except council tax which works out at £90 per month for single person (Council Tax Band A with 25% discount for single occupant).
