I'm looking for an easy going professional flatmate to move into my lovely house.
The house is a large 5 bedroom house with a beautiful eat-in kitchen and a shared bathroom.

I'm looking for a clean, respectful, quiet professional lodger to share the house with me (live in landlord) and one other lodger.

There is superfast 73mb fibre optic broadband and all bills are included in the rent.

The flat is in a beautiful part of Wembley on a very quiet road with lots of parking.
The room is a large double bedroom with plenty of storage space.

The furniture is all nearly new, with a very comfortable double bed. The house is kept very clean with a cleaner coming once a month and is suitable for a professional who is neat, tidy and clean who would enjoy a relaxed house share.

The house is 10-12 mins walk from Wembley Park station (Metropolitan line and Jubilee line) as well as Preston Road Station (Metropolitan line). There is the lovely green fields of barn Hill a short walk away.
