As I am moving out it will be my close friend (Trish) who is still a tenant, who is super friendly, clean and also very laid back. The flat is always looked after and has amazing vibes. It is very spacious and you will also have lots of free time as Trish works full time. So you have best of both worlds.
The contract is renewing so you will have the flat for 12 months, at the end of the 12 months you can extend (which you can keep doing)
It would be 1010 deposit and then 900 rent.
Super easy to pass any checks.
The flat comes with washing machine/dishwasher/ wardrobe in room/ shower/bath/ fridge freezer/oven/double bed/mattress.
The place has pretty much everything you need to jump straight in.
Bills are super good, all in all we pay under 100 each a month (sometimes less).
