The room has wooden flooring, modern furniture and access to fibre optic broadband. The bedroom is available from 13th September.
Short lets are considered on a higher rental basis.
Lodger has access to a kitchen/diner plus living room with TV. The lodger has access to a bathroom which has a toilet, shower and washbasin, the lodger will have sole use of the shower however the toilet may be shared sometimes.
The lodger does not have to pay for the broadband, TV licence, heating, electricity, Council Tax, water bills and weekly room cleaning of bedroom and shared areas by a professional cleaner (as long as I can afford the costs!).
I am offering to pay the utility bills myself on behalf of the lodger in exchange for a lodger who would treat energy consumption with respect and also is quite clean and tidy.
