Cheap double room, North Wembley

Hi,

I have a double room to let in a two bedroom ground floor apartment in North Wembley. I'm looking for someone to take up this room for 2-3 weeks from 10th December.

Please find the details of the room below:

1) The apartment is located at 4 minutes walking distance from North Wembley tube station (Bakerloo and Overground). The nearest bus stop is 3 min away (bus route no. 245).

2) The flat is fully furnished with inbuilt wardrobes, equipped kitchen, fridge, washing machine and high speed wi-fi (virgin). The rent includes all bills but not food.

3) All basic facilities like pharmacy, Indian restaurants, pizza shop, Tesco, barber shop, sports club and play grounds etc. are just within 3-5 min walking distance from the apartment.

4) I've been living here since past 5. 5 years and have found the area very safe.
