Very Large Double Room In Wembley

We will have 1 large double room available in a very clean, quiet house. Room will probably be available from approx 7th of august. It is a downstairs room at the front of the house. All rooms have their own tv and internet point and the room on offer comes furnished or unfurnished as required. It is a very large double room with plenty of storage. There is a new modern kitchen diner with a tv, washing machine, tumble dryer, american fridge freezer and a newly renovated garden. The house is set up with a nest system comprising of a nest thermostat, nest video doorbell and nest smoke & carbon alarms all of which can be controlled through your phone as can the alarm and cctv system.. The internet provided is Virgin giving us very fast broadband/wifi. The house is approx 8 mins walk from both wembley central or wembley park station, there is a bus stop right outside and its a 5 mins walk from the designer outlet shopping centre. The other house mates are very quiet and friendly and we would like someone similar. This property is a four double bedroomed house with 4 tenants so no overcrowding or waiting for the kitchen or bathrooms. Bills are not included but they average out at under £100 a month. We also have a cleaner that comes once a week to ensure the house is always clean. The house was fully refurbished 6 years ago to a high standard so still in excellent condition.
