A double room is available strictly for a single professional female to share with another professional lady. The house is a 2 min walk to the North Wembley station and has local shops and Tesco express round the corner. The house is clean and quiet and has no pets. Free Wi-fi available, council tax and water tax inclusive in the rent but electricity and gas bills to be paid separately which comes to approximately £25-30 pm. The room is well furnished. References required. No DSS or pets please.
