Walking Distance to the Northwick park tube station and preston road as well as overground silver link British rail at south kenton station bakerloo line and are recently built. Warm, cosy and desirable.

Guidance.... Generally Tuesday, Thursday and Friday day time 11.30am-1pm or 5pm-6pm same days or 11am-1pm Saturday can suit well if you propose these... Other times are not likely to be manageable!

The 1 bed flat in Northwick park/ Preston road has turned out to be really nice, beautiful living space. Located 1 min walk from bus and short walk to University of Westminster Northwick park harrow campus and Northwick park hospital. The other large studio is also nearby. IT is also a newly built place. Clean, fresh, crisp, warm, beautiful and desirable. It is in peaceful, quiet and safe residential street.

Single occupancy minimum 12 months or more ideally. For a Couple ideally 24 months.

It also has good heating and all walls and floor and ceiling are insulated with warm building requirements so the flats benefit from warm atmosphere. On the other hand, in summer, has cool cottage type feel in them!

All inclusive. Nothing else to pay. Preference is for a single occupancy only but will consider couple/sharers at added cost of £200 pcm.

One month rent as deposit and 1 month rent in advance will be required at the very least but preference may be given to those who can pay a few months rent in advance. especially If you do not have much history of renting in UK / Not have a guarantor and so forth....

All supermarkets in the area are at walking distance. Sainsbury 10 mins. Co op and Tesco's at Preston road open till mid night all nights.

Flat has its own entrance, sitting room, bathroom and bedroom. King size bed and super quality mattress, king size. Has a contemporary stylish wooden coffee table and wardrobe as well as pc desk and office chair for work or study. It is roomy enough for a comfortable living for a single person, even for a couple but we will prefer a single person.

Clean, tidy bedroom with clean feel and large wardrobe. Bright, warm and sunny. The sunlight comes straight in the flat. Fresh and pleasant.

Northwick park hospital and university of Westminster harrow on the hill campus are within easy walking distance and by bus 223.

Jubilee and Metropolitan line are easily accessible. So is Bakerloo line and over ground British rail.

Nearby is Wembley Designer outlet with plenty of designer shops, cafe bars, Hilton hotel, Novotel hotel, most banks, Lidl supermarket, coffee chain shops, restaurants, north west village, Vue cinema, football facilities and plenty more to keep busy. Newly built designer outlet offers a range of job opportunities too.

NOT A USUAL TYPICAL LONDON RENTAL SUFFOCATING PLACE, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WHEN YOU SEE IT. The journey time is approximately 15 minutes to baker street station tube to tube and 18-20 minutes to Bond Street and oxford circus stations tube from Northwick park station.
