I'm looking for a student to take over my tenancy for my studio in Wembley Park, at Pavillion Court for the summer.

The studio is very spacious, with 24sqm of floor space. This includes a double bed, en suite bathroom and a fully equipped mini-kitchen, a workspace and a double wardrobe with tons of storage. You can also share as a couple with no extra costs.

The building has 24-hour reception that collects your parcels for you, and great facilities like a study area, cinema room, game room, tree house and BBQ area. The entire accommodation is new and modern-looking, and indoors are always well-kept and clean.

Pavillion Court is an 11 minute walk to the Wembley Park tube station and has two bus stops which are a two minute walk. The area is very safe and has 4 grocery stores (ASDA, Lidl, Sainsbury's and an Asian grocery store) in the vicinity, along with restaurants, the London Designer Outlet, Cineworld and Box Park.
