I am about to move out and leave this wonderful double bedroom behind, thus we are looking for someone to ideally take over my half of the contract. Available from the 10th June 2024 until February 2025. Possibility to extend contract after this upon conversation with landlord.

The room comes with fitted wardrobes but is unfurnished. However, I may be willing to part with some items if there is interest.

Rent is £1,190 per month. All bills are 70pp/pm (but have always come in below this, even during the winter), wifi is included in the rent.

The housemate is a 26 year old working professional in science/pharma. Non-smoker, no pets, mixed diet, and very chill. Lgbt+ inclusive.
