Urgent Summer Let!

Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my contract for my room here at Victoria Halls in Wembley available now until 5th, September, 2014 because I will be leaving early to go on vacation. If you wish to stay here longer, that can be discussed with the person in charge of this accommodation.

NO SECURITY DEPOSIT AND ALL BILLS INCLUDED AND NO NEED TO BRING LOADS OF HOUSING EQUIPMENT JUST BRING YOUR BEDDING.
14 weeks, £150 per week, one installment for many benefits!

The room is quite spacious, comes fully furnished with a double sized bed, study desk, chair and shelves. The kitchen is fully furnished with cutlery pots and pans, dishes, tea cups, flat screen television and a sitting area. Everything that you need.

This is an all girls flat! So no I won't be able to rent my room to a male!

I originally share the flat with 4 other females. One went away and won't be back right now, one recently went on vacation but won't be returning, my bestfriend will also be leaving for vacation so her room is available to rent as well and the last girl might be here for the entire summer although she plan on moving somewhere closer to her job soon. So technically it will be a 5 bed flat with one or two other occupants who are all friendly and very easy going. We work together to keep the flat in order aside from the commendable maintenance done by the staff here.

Great location; directly across the street from the station, great bus services (just 10 minutes to wembley central), wembley stadium pretty much a stone throw away, local shops, ASDA 24hr supermarket, McDonalds and many other fast food joints.
