Room at Victoria Hall Wembley

I have a room to offer in the Student Hall Victoria Hall Wembley (Zone 4) from the 2nd of April till the 3rd of July. The room is really modern and new, with a Kingsize Bed and ensuite (own bathroom and toilet). The livingroom/kitchen is shared with four other students. The flat is furnished.

The nearest Tube Station is Wembley Park (Jubilee and Metropolitan Line) which is only 3 minutes walking distance. Also Wembley Central isn´t too far away (Bakerloo Line and Overground) which would be 20 minutes away.

I would offer the room for 145 Pounds per week (instead of 172, 50 pounds per week), because I am moving back home and don´t want to pay it without using it.

The room is in the eleventh floor (with two available lifts to get there). Internet is also included in this price. In the hall there is a reception, where you can always contact staff members and we have CCTV and a washingroom.

If you are interesting we can also arrange a day if you want to see the flat. But please be aware that you have to be a student to stay here.
