Room has its own bathroom which is next to it , you would have sole use of this and not share with anyone else.

Wi fi, cable TV , newly fitted open plan kitchen, garden is decked and perfect for entertaining . We are looking for cabin crew / prof person who is neat in the kitchen and shared parts of the house.

Viewing is recommended and outgoing housemate will be happy to give reference on the house if required.

We have cats so not suitable for anyone with allergies
