Affordable accommodation offered in WHITTON area, excellent opportunity for a homesharer who is looking to live in a lovely home.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
Travelling by public transport is easy as there are many bus stops within a 2/3 minute walk and good links to Heathrow, Kingston and Twickenham.
Whitton train station is a 15 minute walk and goes straight to Waterloo station in 29 minutes.
There are a number of local shops, Whitton High Street is a 10 minute walk with lots of shops and restaurants

HOUSEHOLDER
Lovely lady in her early 80’s who has some health issues but manages her own medication. She is mobile around her home and able to do most things herself but would benefit from an extra pair of hands for additional support around the home for example putting clothes out to dry.
She enjoys reading, poetry, novels, she also tries to write. She watches politics and documentaries on TV.
Her son visits her several times during the year.
She has a gardener and a cleaner who cooks lunch/brunch for her.

The ideal candidate would be a kind and friendly male/female who can offer companionship and overnight presence, someone who is kind, friendly, polite and caring who can offer some practical support around her home and keeps their room tidy and clean.

ACCOMMODATION
Her home is three bedroom bungalow, shared facilities, lovely garden.
Homesharer has own bathroom and is only shared when her son visits.
There is a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
There is Wi-Fi available

The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
