It is ideal for a non smoking tidy professional who is seeking a quiet life, Strictly no smokers will be considered, and no pets. Couples are welcome so long as professional. Extra charges will be applied for a couple, on the bright side, a couple renting will be given their own luxury bathroom exclusive to them. The kitchen has full facilities.. The house has keyless entry (with codes) which makes life easier, no keys. In addition the accommodation is serviced, meaning communal areas are checked and cleaned once every 1 to 2 weeks, communal areas cleaned and well maintained. Bathroom is finished to a very high standard, just like those you see in a 5 star hotel. We would expect tenant to keep bathroom clean and tidy at all times and will highlight very basic house rules to make sure all is kept tidy.
