Description
One single room a decent size(not a shoebox), with a folding Ikea double bed, chest of drawers, and shelves.
Lovely large garden at the back, very nice in the summer. Smoking is ok as long as it is outside, inside essential oils with a diffuser. Open communal/living room/kitchen space.
There is one parking spot and no problem to find another one by the house, no yellow line or permit is needed.
Two bathrooms, one upstairs(loo) and the main one downstairs. Lots of storage for bikes.
About me: I work with Learning Disability residents at the local council and do a degree in Psychology and Counselling, mainly working in the community sometimes once a week from home. Love to keep the house clean and do big cleaning once a week.
I'm an artist too and doing photography and drawing on wood, love reading and have a big library, conscious living, and a healthy/holistic approach to life. Not into partying, rather will read the book, play games, study, do some art or get busy with plants, play with a cat in the garden, or be out taking pictures. Into spiritual development, happy to chat but respect boundaries and personal space.
About The Cat: 11 years old cat, not a big cuddlier but if he likes you he will let you pet him and will be happy to be friends.
The second tenant is a respectful and quiet professional lady who likes exploring, cooking, and reading been living here for two months now.
If you type of person who is considerate, educated, into self-development, loves animals and plants, respectful, who can splash bath after use and wash dishes after themselves, not into crazy parties, values a quiet and peaceful environment with a good vibe, you will definitely fit in. Looking for someone who wants a relaxed, peaceful place and will treat it as a home rather than just a house. A proper contract is done, the deposit goes to the TDS scheme, no cash dealing, and no "funny business". On top of the rent, 50 pounds for the council tax and every 3 months we all will be sharing energy bills. Open for the viewings, please get in touch if you are interested. Good luck finding what you are looking for.
P. S. Please give a brief description of yourself instead of "hey, still available?" no need for an autobiography but would be nice to know a bit about a potential flatmate. Thank you.
