Lovely Room in Spacious Clean house

Good sized furnished double room for single occupancy only, female preferred. Newly refurbished bathroom for own use 95% of the time.

THE HOUSE:

Clean, tidy and peaceful house with large rooms throughout giving a great feeling of space. Refurbished to a good standard with a modern design while maintaining original features. Open plan kitchen & diner, utility room, and living room. Good outdoor space front and back, own driveway with parking available if needed.
To make life easy we have super fast broadband and a regular cleaner, but we aim to keep the place clean ourselves and are considerate to each other regardless,. For example. you can come into the kitchen knowing you have a clean space.

CURRENT HOUSEMATES:

My housemate is moving for work at the end of April, the room will be available after that.
We both work hybrid models of at home and in the office, but mostly in the office. We have found a balance of downtime to relax and socialising time in the house works well. On occasion, if suits, we eat together but it's not a party house.

THE FINANCIALS & ADMIN:

Most bills are included, a portion of the energy bills will vary based on usage - tbd. The usual standard reference checks, contract, and deposit will be required.

AREA & TRANSPORT:

Close enough to the hustle and bustle of Richmond / Twickenham, but Whitton is far away enough to have a residential, peaceful kind of feel.
An 8 min walk from Whitton Station and the high street where you can find all the amenities you might need. Good bus connections and a 2 min drive to the A316/M3.
