Lovely Spacious Self contained fully furnished loft suite with a private lounge taking up the top floor of a Thames riverside house in Wraysbury . (This flatlet does not have its own separate entrance and is accessed through the front door and hallway of the family home) . Set behind electric gates in a beautiful green location down a private lane with a garden backing onto the river Thames . The house is stylish and very clean and tidy , it was originally 2 letting rooms but since covid has been made into one space with a private bathroom , roomy lounge with kitchenette area ( fridge , freezer , microwave , kettle , toaster etc ) comfy 2 seater sofa and two slouch chairs , dining table , desk , 40 inch tv , internet, private riverside balcony and a SEPARATE double bedroom with double bed wardrobe and desk with connecting balcony .
SINGLE occupancy for a professional full time working person only , NO working from home . No pets , No students , Shared use of the utility room with sink , washing machine and and extra cooking facilities . Shared entrance through the front door and hallway . Parking for 1 average size car on the private driveway.
Use of the garden and kayaks . The lodger must sign a Spare Room Lodging Agreement.
The house is occupied by myself ( tho I’m away in Spain at times ) , and a Monday to Friday lodger in the garden room . The flatlet allows the lodger thier own very comfortable space within the house.
The ideal lodger should preferably be a responsible , mature Professional private person in full time work , they must be VERY clean and tidy . Having minimal possessions would be a bonus as there is limited storage , be mindful of energy usage ( the heating goes off in the daytime and is set at 18 degrees when it is on ) , respectful of the owners privacy and enjoy a QUIET life . The flatlet is solely for the use of the lodger with single occupancy at all times . It is suitable for someone working normal daytime hours .
There is a friendly resident house cat ( puss ) so a cat lover is a must as she would need feeding while am away 🐈‍⬛😃
