Double room available in a spacious 2 bed flat in Auchendinny (between Roslin and Penicuik). Great for access to Roslin Institute, Dick Vet etc. Riverside walk/cycling routes at the bottom of the hill, 10 mins drive from city bypass and, importantly, on the route of the night bus from town.

Council tax band B, approx £65/month to you.

The flats furnished (quite nicely), and there is plenty of space in the room and the flat for storage- cheap rent too! £322.50/pcm from approximately mid September (tbc).

Smokers welcome, but the terms of the lease state exclude smoking in the flat (pleasant views from front and back gardens!) Sorry, no pets 🙄

About me- I work full time between a bike charity and learning disabilities organisation.

I’m fairly easy going and like a sociable living environment, but appreciate the importance of good communication and mutual space in a house share.
