Hi there! I am a full time veterinary nurse in my early twenties looking for someone to share a gorgeous and spacious 4 bedroom house with large mature garden located about 10min from Edinburgh. The property has two full bathrooms (so we each have our own), as well as a fully furnished kitchen, lounge and utility room. The room for rent is a good size, bright and airy, and unfurnished. Rent includes wireless internet and TV, gas, electric and council tax.
I am a generally quiet and tidy person, who enjoys reading, watching TV, hanging out with friends or going out for drinks. I have two dogs and two cats, who are very calm, quiet, and well behaved. Looking for someone who wants to be friends and not just roommates as a harmonious living environment is very important to me!
