Spacious bright room in Lovely family home.

This is a lovely room in a very friendly family house. The area of Balerno is idyllic with beautiful Pentland walks only a stone's throw away. Public transport is very good with regular buses into town which is only less than 30 minutes away. Heriot Watt University is very close.
We are a very busy family with lots going on and sometimes we are a little mad but most of my previous lodger's have fitted in very well.
You are welcome to use our family lounge but also have the privacy of your own room if that suits you better.
