1 bedroom for Rent @ gateway to the Pentlands

It’s a two in a block two bedroom flat with a large bathroom, large living room, range gas oven (needs a mention if you love cooking) conservatory, a private back garden and a front garden with a large vegetable patch that’s yet to be planted! Not on a busy road so there is no traffic going past, so quiet.

The bedroom for rent is currently unfurnished but I do have a spare bed and chest of drawers that can me moved if you don’t have your own furniture.

The gardens both need some work done so looking for someone who would spend days in summer helping !
There is a parking space and a garage in the street and also plenty free parking spaces all over Balerno! So no worries there
Two bus 44 bus stops within a minutes walking radius, can be 25-1hour to Princess street depending on traffic but usually if you grab the slightly earlier (before rush hour) bus you’ll miss heavy traffic either day or night.

It’s right next to the park and balerno, a 5 min walk from trails through woods and round farm fields and less than a 5 minute drive from Harlaw and Threipmuir reservoirs.

I’ve not long moved in and I am still redecorating so the images are slightly outdated. The paints the same colour, just been freshened up but the furniture in some rooms is still getting moved in. I will upload the photos once it’s complete, have taken time out from redecorating for health reasons but should be finished off and updated in a few weeks. Please excuse the bad photos 😂😂 times have been hard
Also will have the conservatory fully furnished before anyone moves in! Was too cold over winter to spend anytime in there.
