I will be away for the month of July and I am looking for someone clean and tidy to sublet the flat for the month of July (one month only).
Ideal for someone looking for a summer stay.
The flat is in a nice quiet neighborhood with lovely walks nearby Pentland Hills and the Water of Leith walkway. There is also free on space parking available on the street.
There might be potential for you to take over the tenancy after the one month as I may be moving from Edinburgh.
Can do only do viewings in the evening after 6pm until 26th June.
