The house is a 3 bedroom bungalow in Blackhall - it takes 20 mins by bus to get into town or a 10 minute drive. It’s a 15 minute drive away from the city bypass.

I have a very friendly cockapoo so it’s important you like dogs! He’s not allowed on beds or the sofa though 🐶

The room is a large north facing double room with a brand new fitted wardrobe.

There is space to store a bike should you need it and there’s also a dishwasher, tumble drier & gas hob. The house has a modern bathroom with walk in shower and underfloor heating.

Bills are split equally and include gas & elec plus wifi and council tax (F).

Local buses include Lothian 47,43,24,38, Skylink Airport 200; plus loads of stagecoach fife buses taking you right into town. Parking is free on the street and it is a quiet road so there’s always space.

Ideally looking for long term and open to couples although the rent and bills would change for a couple.
