We are looking to rent one bedroom in our 5 bedroom detached family home.

Guest Bedroom is an En-suite double bed with own bathroom shower available for guest exclusively.

Plenty of built-in storage cupboards inside the bedroom; additional spacious storage in shared kitchen and dining area.

Parking spaces available (driveway/off street;

Rent 425 per calendar month all bills inclusive. Available from September 2021

We are looking for either students/professionals who are non smoking/no pets. Another request is no red meat cooking/ no beef/no pork in common utensils in shared kitchen area, as one of us is a vegetarian.

Our address EH19; Bonnyrigg area. Location wise; it’s close to local amenities, supermarkets, bus stops. There are frequent city buses number 31 with 20 minutes journey time and also Eskbank train station is 10 minutes walk.

Visit can be arranged either video call or workdays evenings or weekends.
