Double room in two bedroom flat

I’m currently renting this 2 bed flat from my dad (so repairs are quick) and I’m looking for a flat mate to rent the second bedroom.

The room is £550 pcm, including all bills and is available from 1st September. The room is a double, comes with plenty of storage space and is furnished. The flat also has a garden and is only a 30-40 minute bus journey into the centre of Edinburgh. This isn’t a party flat but I enjoy a few drinks at the weekend and sometimes have friends round.

I’m an arty farty vegan who works full time from home and enjoys socialising. I’m pretty chill and looking for someone who is easy to get on with, is tidy and knows how to wash their own dishes!

I have noisy budgies who live in the living room so if you aren’t a fan of birds/birdsong this probably isn’t the flat for you! I look after my pals dogs fairly often too so you’ve got to be a fan of animals.

This flat isn’t accepting couples or short term renters.
