I have an ensuite so you will have the main bathroom to yourself, except when we have guests. Other spaces including kitchen, living room and balcony will be shared. Loads of street parking available. Room available for rent from now till end of June for short term only. This would suit anyone looking for short-term accommodation.

Rent is £450 per month with bills inclusive. The area is close to Tesco, Morrisons, farm foods in Dalkeith which is about 15 -20mins by bus. Regular bus services 31,49 to town.

I'm a professional, friendly and easy going. I like to keep the flat clean & tidy and looking someone who will do the same.
Room is available for rent from now till end of June/early July.
