The train station is also a 4 minute drive from the flat, in the same location as the Tesco Superstore, Eskbank
The flat is quiet (within a quiet, residential area in a new development), warm and spacious!
We've yet to hear our neighbours after a year in the flat, so you don't have to worry about noise either.
(Being a relatively new build with gas central heating it's very well insulated which is great during winter!)
With plenty of room for storage both in the bedroom and in the kitchen.
The kitchen, lounge and bathroom are both very modern, as is this rest of the flat.
The room itself is large & bright, and has lot's of storage - a very large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and under bed storage too.
I am a sociable, relaxed flat mate, working in the City Centre whilst doing some WFH, this room would be well suited to another working professional, my partner also WFH part of the time.
This is not suitable for someone looking to WFH full time.
I enjoy cooking and tend to be pretty active/outdoorsy.

Unfortunately, pets won't be considered.
