En-suite Double Room Available (Bills included)

Hey!

My friend is moving away so I am looking for someone to share this beautiful flat with!

The room is a good sized double, with your own en-suite, the room comes unfurnished. There is great storage in the room with two mirrored wardrobes and hidden under sink storage.

The pictures are from before I moved in so there is now furniture in the livingroom, & the kitchen has a microwave/kettle/toaster etc.

There is a cute patio area which is great for summer evenings, there is a little patio set out there now.

The flat is in a newer development, with private bin and bike storage, a designated parking space available and a beautiful pond area right outside. We are on the ground floor and there is a cleaner that cleans the shared flat hallway, and grass areas are regularly maintained. There is lots of walks and cycling areas around.

I enjoy meeting new people so it would be great to find a flatmate I can be sociable with but I’m also very respectful of peoples space & enjoy my own time too.
I would prefer to share with a female of similar age range. Smoking is not allowed indoors & small pets considered 😊

I am tidy and like to keep the flat clean and looking good, the flat is pretty quiet and it’s just myself and Dennis the cat you would be sharing with who is very sweet and warms well to new people. I enjoy going for walks, dancing, playing my switch, reading and socialising.
