I am 26 years old and a working professional. I have two small dogs who I adore so if you don’t like dogs please don’t apply.
The bathroom, kitchen and livingroom are shared. I will only accept people who are clean and tidy in both their personal hygiene and living environment.
The flat is just outside of Edinburgh however it is easily accessible by bus, car, train. There is a bus stop less than a minutes walk from the flat that takes around 40 minutes to get into Edinburgh and a train station nearby that takes 20 minutes to get into Edinburgh.
Applicants will need to respect that they are residing with a live in landlord.
There is a local Tesco store and other small shops nearby.
I am looking for a friendly and respectful person who is easy to live.
