A working professional is preferred and ideally someone who doesn’t work from home full time as I am a shift worker. Most importantly I have two small dogs who I absolutely adore, so if you don’t like dogs this isn’t the place for you.
The bathroom, kitchen and livingroom are shared. I will only accept people who are clean and tidy in both their personal hygiene and living environment.
The flat is just outside of Edinburgh however it is easily accessible by bus, car, train. It is a 15/20 minute drive to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.
Applicants will need to respect that they are residing with a live in landlord who likes a calm and peaceful environment.
I am looking for a friendly and respectful person who is easy to live.
