Double furnished bedroom to rent in Bonnyrigg. Open to females only. You would be staying with a live-in-landlord and two small, friendly, clean, non shedding dogs.

I like my home to be a nice, friendly, calm and clean environment, it is definitely not a party place or a place with a lot of visiting guests.

I would prefer to live with someone who does not work from home full time.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a bedside table and a chest of drawers.

Rent will be £650 per month with bills included.

The flat is a 15 minute drive to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. There is a bus stop outside the flat with regular buses into Edinburgh. A short 5 minute drive to Eskbank train station.
