Room to rent Bonnrigg, Midlothian

Double bedroom to rent in flat with live in landlord.

I a working professional who does shift work. I have two small dogs, who do not shed hair and are very well groomed/clean, who I adore so if you don’t like dogs this isn’t the place for you.

The bathroom, kitchen and livingroom are shared. I will only accept people who are clean and tidy in both their personal hygiene and living environment.

The flat is just outside of Edinburgh however it is easily accessible by bus, car, train. 20 minute drive to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.

There is a bus stop less than a minutes walk from the flat that takes around 40 minutes to get into Edinburgh and a train station nearby that takes 20 minutes to get into Edinburgh.

Applicants will need to respect that they are residing with a live in landlord.

There is a local Tesco store and other small shops nearby.

I am looking for a friendly and respectful person who is easy to live.
