Edinburgh Fringe Double Room

Free 30th July - 12th August

Spacious double bedroom in Bungalow in a safe and quiet area - 30 mins from Summerhall/Bristo and George Square .

Own bathroom with bath and electric shower over bath. (not en-suite but right next to bedroom)

Use of livingroom, kitchen and Garden. Private Parking.

I work as an Analyst full time but also work for a PR company during the fringe so I am very much part of the Festival every year.

This room is on offer to a single person for the entire festival period so ideal for a performer or someone working in the fringe who wants to be close enough to the action but also wants a nice, spacious, quiet and friendly place to stay.

Bonnyrigg has many bars, restaurants, shops etc and is a destination within itself yet still close to the city.

The room is available now so I can accommodated early entry/longer stay.

I will also consider shorter stays depending on popularity.

LGBTQ+ friendly.

Transport:
Bus no.31 is 5 mins walk. Every 15 mins and Takes 30 Mins to Summerhall/Bristo and George Square. Late busses run to 1.45am weekdays and 3am at the weekend.

Train Station is 5 mins drive (or 20 minute walk) and 20mins from eskbank station to Waverley
