We have a large dining kitchen room which also includes two armchairs and television as well as a well appointed living room.
Our home has all been redocorated in the last 12 months to a high standard.
And if we are lucky enough to have a warm summer we have a secluded back garden with a patio and garden furniture.

The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac with plenty of parking available.
Local amenities, shops restaurants and bars are all close by.
Bus stops are nearby where you can get the frequent service (number 31) into Edinburgh city centre in 35 minutes. Eskbank station is less than 5 minutes by car or 20 minute walk and the train into Edinburgh takes 20 minutes.
Ideally we are looking for a mature student or a professional person who is tidy with their days of loud house parties a distant memory.
