Trying to get a 4 bedroom, looking for a 4th tenan

Hey, we are 3 girls who've been flat hunting for a flat for the next academic year, and someone we know who's leaving Edinburgh offered us her flat. Only issue, it's a 4 bed so we need an extra person to come join us. Preferably a student for council tax reasons.
The flat is in bruntsfield, a short walk to napiers merchiston campus, with the meadows and various cafes and shops in easy walking distance.
Rent would be £450 each with bills somewhere between £25-£50 per month.

We don't have photos to post yet (since it's coming from a friend rather than an agency ad), but if your interested drop a message and I'll see about getting some pictures quickly.

(Also if your looking for an August/September move in we could always consider a short term let for July and maybe some/all of August?)
