Room in fantastic Bruntsfield flat - short term

Looking for someone friendly and sociable as well as tidy and clean.

The flat is the middle floor in a converted three floor villa. It has been decorated to a very high standard with modern comfy furnishings. The living room is large and both bedrooms are of an equal generous size.

The kitchen is separate and the bathroom is a decent size with an over bath shower and modern decor.

I am a friendly outgoing guy who enjoys working out, hiking, good wine and beer and generally having a good chat. My current flatmate and I had a good mix of catching up and respecting each others privacy/doing our own things so I'm hoping to find someone relatively similar.
