Double room in nice Bruntsfield flat

I am leaving the country so I am looking for someone to take over my half of the lease in this really nice flat in Bruntsfield flat, close to fountainbridge and the meadows. Lots of nice cafes and small shops around.

The flat is really spacious. We have have a big kitchen and lounge, perfect for dinner parties and general hanging out. The room is fully furnished and is facing the back garden. Rent is 462 + bills (gas and electricity ranging from 30-50 p/m, council tax is band D so 60, internet is 15).

We're looking for a nice flatmate, also young professional. Someone who has good chat, enjoys a glass of wine every now and then and is generally chill to live with.

We're happy to show the flat outside of working hours as we're at work during the day.
