Large double bedroom in fully furnished 4th floor flat on Bruntsfield Place (near Sainsbury's)
Well located near the meadows and close to shops, bus stop etc.
Shared bathroom and kitchen/living room - with washing machine, dishwasher, drying room and all the essentials! There is also space to leave a bike in the basement.
The tenancy is from 10th Jan to September and can potentially be extended after this date.

Sharing with 2 female flatmates - we are both in our 20s, I am working in research and Caroline is a chemistry student taking a year out (we all pay CT). We'd like a chill flatmate who is up for a cuppa, will contribute to the friendly atmosphere and of course do their share of the chores!

We are advertising on behalf of our landlord, and can do viewings in the afternoon/evenings. We'd like to find someone before Christmas so it'd be good if you could do a viewing before 22nd Dec if possible! You can also find the ad on GT to message us.
