Looking for flatmate for beautiful double room

I am looking for a flatmate for a traditional two bedroom flat in Brunstfield. The flat is located near Bruntsfield primary school, close to local amenities including supermarkets, the meadows and lots of lovely cafes and bars. It is also located on the bus route and has a shared garden.

I work as a nurse so often work shifts and may be away some evenings and nights. I am looking for someone tidy and respectful, but I am also social and enjoy an occasional glass of wine. I have a 2yr old labrador so any flatmate must be dog friendly. Both long and short term lets would be considered
The kitchen is communal with dining table and bar stools . The bedroom will be set up as a bed sit with desk area if working from home is required .
My son has been living with me through lock down and the room will be refurbished when he moves out
